Vitamin L12 is a key factor in health and is ignored by many of the serious top health authorities in the world. Like B12 it is often missing in many people's diets. Vitamin L12 is produced in more amounts when you laugh, hence it's adopted name The Laughter Vitamin. Laughter and happiness are therefore two major factors in health as well as diet.

Happiness...what is happiness?
Many would argue that the pursuit of happiness is what life is all about. When you begin to disect happiness it begins to get as complicated as trying to work out health and what makes us all healthy. Happiness can be described simply as a state of mind but there are a whole range of factors that need to be met before we can experience happiness and that perfect peaceful state of mind that makes us feel like we are definitely right where we should be, doing what we should be doing, with the people we should be doing it with.
Modern life has got way too stressful
Modern life it would seem has been specially designed to reduce our happiness, or at very least make it so that only a few people get to experience happiness consistently while the rest spend most of their time in less than happy states of mind doing and experiencing things that make them unhappy, stressed, angry and even violent.
The complexities of happiness
Happiness like health is made up of many different factors. biochemical imbalances can cause us to be unhappy and force people to experience depression that prevents you from being able to experience being happy in any given moment. These biochemical imbalances can be caused by your external environment and exposure to environmental pollution and electro magnetic frequencies that interfere with our body that is after all a highly complex biological organism operated by chemicals and electrical signals.
Emotional factors
All of us have emotinal needs that need to be met for us to feel happy. You might be eating a well balanced healthy diet but if you are stuck in a negative relationship for example, then your emotional happiness will undoubtedly be affected. The daily effects can be small the damage is accumulative and gradually drains you.
A sign
Unhappiness can be a sign that change is needed. It can be your body letting you know that your life needs a serious overhaul. All too often these signals are ignored. The thing is that although they might go away for a bit, they often come back worse than before until they get so bad that you have to stop and listen to them. In some cases they make you stop and listen by giving you a heart attack or by sapping all your energy completely and causing M.E. like symptoms. Without knowing it, or feeling it creep up on you, very soon you can be suffering with what I refer to as Vitamin L12 Deficiency Syndrome
As mentioned before health and happiness are interlinked. When one is affected so is the other. Some people are so focused on their happiness that they ignore health, right up until they get sick, and then they find it hard to be happy. Some people are so focused on their health that their emotional happiness needs are ignored, which only adds to their health problems.
Happiness is not just about laughing and having fun
It is about creating a life that has meaning and that makes you feel wanted and needed. It's about being in tune with yourself and about helping others to feel the same. Just look around and see how many unhappy rich people and celebrity A listers there are who on the face of it have everything that you could ever want. Just look a little harder and you'll discover people who on the face of it have nothing, and yet they are the happiest people you will ever meet.
Again RAW HUMOUR aims to steer a sensible path somewhere up the middle of these two extremes encouraging people to focus on all the various areas of their lives.
