For many people, the mention of getting back to nature immediately conjurs up images of people walking around naked covered up with only fig leaves and living in mud huts!
It doesn't have to be like this. I believe there is a balance between re-connecting with nature and using modern inventions more sensibly and more in tune with nature.
There are lots of simple, effective things and ways that we can incorporate nature into our lives.
